From an early age, I have been a lover of animals, but it wasn’t until 2015 that I really discovered my enthusiasm for birds. I took up photography and began to document the birds I saw.

In November 2016, I moved to China for 3 months. This was a brilliant opportunity to pursue birding, as I noticed many varied types of birds that I had ever seen in the UK. I was eager to document all the new birds I saw for my own use, and also share my photos for anyone else travelling in China looking to identify birds.

I hope to share all the photos I have of birds, Chinese and British alike, for other people to enjoy and utilise in their own birding. Hopefully, if I am able to travel, I will be able to expand this blog to include birds from around the world.
